Much better service and usually accommodating than the one on 211.
I found this to be the best car rental experience I've ever had.
Bad customer service experience. Call center says one thing, different story when you get to site. They don't communicate. Left me hanging. Added 2 unnecessary hours to my trip.
I never had a problem with a rental. Enterprise goes above and beyond to excel in customer service every day.
The manager at this location was very nasty. She called me two hours after I returned the vehicle stating I would not get my full $150
They were extremely polite and helpful.
Deposit because the vehicle had a odor that required detailing (btw I don’t smoke) and then she proceeded to tell me she gave me a new vehicle with 4000 miles and now it has 7000. I’m still confused on what the miles had to do with anything especially since I had the vehicle for a month. I’m completely offended and feel as if I was treated this way due to enterprise having to cover the whole rental cost.
